Orders from your country may be subject to customs and duties fees upon arrival. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from SilkOverMilk you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Actual shipping time may be affected due to outside factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, delays from the postal service itself and custom clearance. However, such occurrence is extremely rare.
We are not responsible for lost packages claims if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered successfully. Customers are responsible for entering a correct shipping information and we are not responsible for incorrect address entered by the customer. A shipping fee will be charged if you do not claim your item and it is returned. The charge will be 20% of the total charge per item.
For orders outside of the US & Canada, we will not be held responsible for parcels that cannot be tracked.
