Return Policy


Here at SilkOverMilk, we pride ourselves on sourcing our products carefully focusing on price, quality & style. So for some reason you are not happy with our order, we will conduct an internal investigation and consider removing the product from our gallery permanently.

Cancellation: If you want to cancel your order, please reply to the Order Confirmation Email within one (1) hour from time of purchase. 

3 Day Refund Policy

Please email us at within 3 days upon receiving your product (the day your product is received) to request for a refund.

We only provide refunds for all products of the following: product received was incorrect or there are defects to the product (eg. malfunction zipper)

If you did not receive the product as per ordered, we will provide you with two (2) options according to your preference: we will resend you the right product or provide you a full refund.

For defect products, please include images of defect in your email to us; a partial to full refund to store credits will be provided based on the degree of defect.

Please note colors may differ from the actual product as we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any color will be accurate. 


Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer any returns on swimwear/lingerie products. 

ALL sale products or orders placed using store credits are strictly non-refundable

Return Policy (if the product is required to be returned for a refund)

Returned products must be with original box - the box must be free of damage, postage stickers or stamps
Returned products must not be worn and be in its original condition
Returns must be received at the warehouse within 30 days of the ship date (the date you received your product)

Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping cost with the carrier of his or her choice.


We do not offer exchanges at this point of time.


Delivery Failure/ Not Picked Up

If your order was failed to be delivered/picked up, we will arrange to resend your order to you again once it has been returned to our warehouse. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure receipt of their parcel once it has reached your local postal office. Refunds are not applicable if there is failure of delivery. 

Order Did Not Arrive

Please contact us if you did not receive your order within 40 days from your order confirmation email. After 40 days, your order will be marked as closed and we are unable to process any refunds during that time.
