How long does Standard Shipping take?

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled one (1) hour from time of purchase by sending us an email at info@silkovermilk.com.

How do I choose my size?

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email which includes your tracking number.

 

I did not receive my Shipping Confirmation Email. What do I do?

Please check your Spam/Bulk folder as your Shipping Confirmation Email may be located there. If you still cannot locate it, drop us an email at info@silkovermilk.com and we will resend it to you. 

 

My tracking says parcel delivered but I did not receive my parcel. What do I do?

Please contact your local postal service and provide your tracking number to get more details on the recipient of your parcel. Check if your parcel may have been received by your family members/neighbors on your behalf or left at your front desk/reception. If you need further assistance, please email us at info@silkovermilk.com.
